What is the height of this product?
The height of this product is 30 inches.
Does this box have a drop-down door?
No, this box does not have a drop-down door. The box opens like a normal door.

What is the depth of the box?
The box has a depth of 16 inches.

What about the width of the box?
The width of the box is 24 inches.

I've heard that this product does not rust. Is that true?
Yes. It is true because the product is made of Aluminum.

Does it have a warranty?
All Aluminess products come with a limited lifetime warranty. The material is guaranteed to not have any issues. Keep in mind that if you do not use them as they were intended then it voids their warranty.

How heavy is this thing?
We are told that this is a lightweight product so that it does not put additional load on the alignment, brakes, and suspension. If the weight did put more stress on those systems then the performance of the machine would be adversely affected.

What vehicles does this fit?
We are told that this box is universal. It will fit Sprinters, ProMasters, and Transits.

Which side is the box supposed to be on?
The box is on the passenger side of the vehicles.

There's room for my spare wheel on the other side then?
Yes, that is correct. You can put your spare tire on the other side of the set-up.

Does this block my brake lights in the back? I'm a little worried about it.
The setups and pictures we have seen of this product in action seem to show that the setup goes right around the brake lights. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume, if no modifications are made, that the rear brake lights should function without any other modifications.

It is possible to add on to the box?
There are options for reverse lights and LED license plate lights.
