These awnings are compatible with all RAM ProMaster Vans. This product ships via freight, all orders must be shipped to a commercial location with a dock for unloading. If your shipping address does not meet this requirement then you may be subject to a $100 charge to cover additional freight costs.

What is the difference between the standard Fiamma motor and the upgraded Fiamma motor?
The upgraded Fiamma motor comes with a remote control to operate the awning, the standard Fiamma does not. Both include an extend/retract switch so that you do not need to operate your awning manually.
What brackets will I receive with this awning?
You get the standard brackets in the stock version of the awning. We are working on getting more brackets in stock as soon as possible.
Where should I mount this awning? Is drilling required?
This awning is meant to be mounted to the roof. Drilling can be avoided if you purchase additional adapter brackets, click on this link to view them.
What does that "320" designation next to the F80s mean?
320 denotes the length of the awning case. The case that holds the awning is 320 cm long (10.6 feet).
Fiamma has made these arms as durable as possible. They use a double steel cable that helps the system keep the tension constant. You should notice a big difference in feel if you have used other awnings in the past.
Yes. Fiamma has developed a system that does not allow you to roll the awning the wrong way. If that was a problem for you in the past then it will not be one in the future with this awning.
