How do I put this hood bra on my van?
No drilling is required to put this product on your vehicle. All you have to do is slip it over your hood and you are ready to go.
What is this bra supposed to do? I don't get it.
It adds color to your hood and it protects your hood from debris. There are rocks and other types of materials that fly off the road and some of those things can scratch your hood. The hood bra will take that damage for you and it is much easier to replace than your Transit's hood.
What is this product made out of?
It is made out of a 22 ounce PVC coated material. It is actually the same type of material that you would find used on the larger Class A RV's.
Can I just leave this bra on my van for long periods of time?
No. It is meant to be taken off and cleaned.
Is this bra going to fly off when I use it? I mean, it doesn't seem like it would take the airflow very well.
We have sold many of these and have not heard of that problem yet. It is possible but out of the hundreds of hood bras that we have sold, it has never been an issue reported by any of our customers.
