Warranty & Returns
Manufacturer’s Warranty: The use of aftermarket products may void your manufacturer’s warranty. Purchase and use of our products indicates that you are doing so at your sole discretion and Upscale Automotive, Inc. and the Sprinter Store will not be held liable if manufacturer deems your warranty void.
Warranty Returns: All products carry manufacturer’s warranties, which vary on a per-product basis. Diesel Power products carry a 3-year replacement warranty on workmanship and or electronic failure. All warranties cover replacement of a defective product only and do not cover damage caused by customer. Labor costs or any consequential damages are not covered. Warranty does not cover returns for buyer’s remorse reasons. If you have a warranty return, you must call us at 503-925-4002 prior to sending your product back. Warranty returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and do not include money back if customer declines a replacement product. Customer is required to pay return shipping, which may be reimbursed depending on circumstances. Insuring your warranty return is recommended. If damage is caused during shipping, the carrier must be notified at time of accepting delivery and a must be claim filed. The customer must retain the package until the carrier has inspected the damage. If you need a replacement part immediately, you may purchase an identical product from us. We will not ship a replacement part unless payment for the part is collected in advance or a credit from the manufacturer or carrier has been received prior to shipment. Once the credit has been determined or received from the manufacturer, it will be applied to your credit card. The credit from your warranted product can take from 14 to 90 days depending on manufacturer.
Return Policy: All returns must be within 10 days of receiving product. Returned products must be in original and resalable condition, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Tuning modules are subject to a 50% restocking fee and are not returnable after 14 days from assumed delivery date. If you wish to return a product for any reason you must call us at 503-925-4002 prior to sending your product back. The returned product must be in re-saleable condition. If an item is returned in used condition, in poor condition or damaged condition, a refund will not be given. The customer will pay for return shipping. Special orders may not be returned unless defective and the only remedy will be a warranty replacement product if deemed so by the manufacturer. The credit from your returned product can take from 14 to 90 days depending on manufacturer.No labor or labor warranty is paid on services or parts purchased.
