Manufacturer’s Warranty: The use of aftermarket products may void your manufacturer’s warranty. Purchase and use of our products indicate that you are doing so at your sole discretion and Upscale Automotive, Inc. and the Sprinterstore will not be held liable if the manufacturer deems your warranty void.

Warranty Returns: All product warranties are handled through the manufacturer, which vary on a per-product basis. Diesel Power products carry a 3-year replacement warranty on workmanship and or electronic failure. All warranties cover the replacement of a defective product only and do not cover damage caused by the customer. Labor costs or any consequential damages are not covered. Warranty does not cover returns for buyer’s remorse reasons. If you have a warranty return, you must call us at 503-427-2270 prior to sending your product back. Warranty returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and do not include money back if the customer declines a replacement product. Customer is required to pay return shipping, which may be reimbursed depending on circumstances. Insuring your warranty return is recommended. If damage is caused during shipping, the carrier must be notified at the time of accepting delivery and a claim must be filed. The customer must retain the package until the carrier has inspected the damage. If you need a replacement part immediately, you may purchase an identical product from us. We will not ship a replacement part unless payment for the part is collected in advance or a credit from the manufacturer or carrier has been received prior to shipment. Once the credit has been determined or received from the manufacturer, it will be applied to your credit card. The credit from your warranted product can take from 14 to 90 days depending on the manufacturer.
