46149 = 2007-2021 SPRINTER AIRVENTS are 21-13/16″ wide. (almost 22″)

Remember, there is a RIGHT Side, and a LEFT side, you may be putting them on the wrong side.

There are no other airvents, they fit all. If your airvent seems too big,

watch this video. (If it is too small, then you probably have an airvent for the T1N {46153) as that is the smallest airvent.) The rest are too big.
