Hitch cargo carriers

A hitch carrier adds storage outside the van without using roof space. The StowAway2 MAX Hitch Cargo Carrier is our best seller here, followed by the StowAway Standard Hitch Cargo Box. StowAway also makes a hitch-mounted ski carrier, a hitch cargo rack and a rod rack for fishing gear.

Towing a trailer

  • Wiring: the CURT 4-pole flat T-connector harness fits 2014-2023 ProMasters without the factory tow package.
  • Brake controllers: the CURT Triflex for 1-4 axles and the CURT Echo, a wireless controller that plugs into a 7-way and works with a Bluetooth app.
  • Ball mounts and locks: the CURT adjustable dual-ball trailer hitch mount and a 5/8-inch barbell hitch lock for 2-inch receivers.

Steps
