Do it before the walls go in

Insulation goes in after windows and roof vents are cut and before wall panels, cabinets and the bed. Clean the inside of the van and plan where wiring will run first, so you don't have to pull insulation back out. Work one wall section at a time.

Will one kit cover my whole van?

Coverage depends on wheelbase and roof height. Check the coverage notes on each product page against your van, and order extra if you're on a 159" or 159" EXT. Doors and the roof are easy to miss when you estimate.
