  • Updated Aluminum Furring Frame – Our latest design (May 2025 update) uses a lightweight aluminum furring frame to hold panels in plane, allowing threaded fasteners to secure the ceiling directly to the van roof. This makes installation easier and allows for painless removal if service is needed later.

  • Factory-Edge Fit – Panels extend to within 1/2" (12mm) of your van’s wall edge, wrapping around factory beams for a seamless, custom look.

  • Consistent, Polished Appearance – Union panels on the backside maintain a precise 1/8" gap between panels. Front and rear cover panels ensure proper spacing and allow for easier drill access above the cockpit shelf.

  • Full Lighting Kit Included – Comes standard with 12 dual-row 12V LED puck lights for optimal interior illumination. Fan cutouts may adjust light positioning.

  • Fan & A/C Ready – Supports most ventilation fans and air-conditioner cutouts with profiles near the standard 14" x 14" size. Pre-made cutouts available upon request.

  • Material & Finish Options – Choose Prefinished Maple (water-resistant core) or Prefinished Amber Bamboo (carbonized) for a high-end look.

Installation Notes:

  • Designed for Ram ProMaster models; not compatible with EXT versions (extended available upon request).

  • Ceiling mounts to furring strips secured to overhead beams with rivet nuts. Panels then attach to furring strips with wood screws.

  • Outer rows are precision cut to follow the unique curvature of ProMaster ceiling trusses.

  • Natural wood veneer means grain and pattern variations are normal. Panels are not edge banded to prevent peeling in extreme climates.

  • Individual panel replacements available if damaged—no need to buy a full kit.

Order Changes & Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, all changes (appliances, width, add-ons, material) must be finalized immediately. Any changes made after this time will incur a minimum 30% restocking fee. This ensures order accuracy and reduces inconsistencies. Contact us immediately before production/shipping if you need to make updates.

 

Custom orders cannot be refunded once in production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point.
