Installation

• Difficulty: Easy | 2 people

• Time Required: ~30 minutes

• Tools Needed: Power drill, rivet nut tool

• Mounting Notes:

  • Wall Mount: Install with minimum 3 rivet nuts or 5 self-tapping screws into wall truss/beam.

  • Sink Mounting: Must be sealed with silicone and secured with provided hardware.

  • Refrigerator Venting: Inlet + outlet ventilation holes required per manufacturer’s instructions.

• Fitment Note: May require cabinet notching for Transit & Promaster entryway beams.

Additional Notes

• Walkthrough Space: We recommend maintaining 30"+ clearance in entryway for comfort.

• Finish Work: To paint or stain, sand lightly (120–180 grit), apply 2–3 coats primer, then paint/stain. Always seal with a finish for long-lasting durability.

• Updated Sink: As of July 2025, all units ship with a black sink (photos may show outdated stainless version).

• Lead Time: Estimated +5 weeks.

Order Changes & Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, all changes (appliances, width, add-ons, material) must be finalized immediately. Any changes made after this time will incur a minimum 30% restocking fee. This ensures order accuracy and reduces inconsistencies. Contact us immediately before production/shipping if you need to make updates.

Custom orders cannot be refunded once in production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point.
