Precision CNC Cut – Each panel is cut for exact fitment, with underside relief cuts to clear factory wheel well elevations.
Customizable Panel Layout – Includes 3 or 4 cut-to-fit panels (48" x 76" each, depending on model) for easy handling and installation.
Dovetail Locking Assembly – Panels lock together securely for a smooth, seamless surface without shifting.
Flexible Installation Options – Can be adhered or screwed directly to the van floor; drop-in ready with no major modifications required.
Two Floor Options Available:
- Standard Floor – 3/4" insulation frame + 1/2" subfloor + installation hardware.
- Adventure Floor – Adds two rows of 48" integrated L-Track for gear tie-downs (not seat-rated), anchored with threaded inserts, spaced 6.5" center-to-center. L-Track placement can be customized.

Installation Notes:

For adhesive installs, we recommend SikaFlex 221 for a strong, flexible bond without fasteners.
Epoxy installs require 1 gallon for ProMaster 159" models.

Once an order is placed, all changes (appliances, width, add-ons, material) must be finalized immediately. Any changes made after this time will incur a 30% restocking fee. This ensures order accuracy and reduces inconsistencies. Contact us immediately before production/shipping if you need to make updates.

Custom orders cannot be refunded once in production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point.
