Ford Transit Sway Bars

Ford Transit sway bars that cut body roll in corners and crosswinds. We carry two rear bars: a Hellwig bar for 2016-2022 Transit 150/250/350 vans, with or without a factory rear sway bar, and a Roadmaster kit for 2018-2025 T-250 and T-350 non-dually Transits.

Choosing a Transit Sway Bar

A built-out Transit carries a lot of weight up high, and that's what makes it lean in turns and get pushed around by wind. A stiffer rear sway bar helps hold it flatter.

The two options

  • Hellwig: listed for 2016-2022 Transit 150/250/350, and works with or without the factory rear sway bar. It's the best seller of the two.
  • Roadmaster Rear Sway Bar Kit (#1139-230): listed for 2018-2025 Transit T-250 and T-350, non-dually only.

Check your fit

The year ranges overlap but aren't the same, and the Roadmaster kit doesn't fit dual rear wheel vans. Match your year, model and rear wheel setup to the title. A sway bar doesn't raise the van or add load support. It only controls lean.
