Order Changes & Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, all changes (dimensions, add-ons, inserts) must be finalized immediately. Any changes made after this time will incur a minimum 30% restocking fee. This ensures order accuracy and reduces inconsistencies. Contact us immediately before production/shipping if you need to make updates.

Custom mattresses cannot be refunded once in production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point.
