ProMaster Suspension Upgrades

A converted ProMaster carries far more weight than the factory set it up for, all the time. Better shocks help control body roll and bounce, and air suspension lets you level the van when it's loaded.

  • Shocks & struts: Koni FSD front and rear shocks, a Koni torsion bar rear suspension upgrade and a Roadmaster rear sway bar kit.
  • Airbag kits: PacBrake ALPHA HD and ALPHA HD PRO air suspension kits for 2013-2026 ProMasters, plus BRAVO wireless air controls and compressors.

Heavy builds often add grille guards and bumpers too, which adds weight up front.

Will these fit my ProMaster?

The shocks and air kits here are listed for 2013 or 2014 and newer ProMasters. Check the title for the years and any model notes. If you're unsure, contact us with your year and VIN.

Should I start with shocks or airbags?

If the van rides well but sags when loaded, airbags fix the sag. If it wallows or bounces, start with shocks. Many heavy builds end up with both.
