Factory dampers are tuned for an empty cargo van. Add a bed, cabinets, water and gear and a Sprinter starts to float over dips and lean through corners. Bilstein's B6 line is its upgrade over stock replacement parts, with valving set for each specific vehicle and a digressive piston that responds to how fast the suspension is moving.

Each option is one shock or strut, so order two for a full axle.
- Front strut, 2019-2024 RWD (B6 Camper Advanced, 22-334299): for 2019-2024 Sprinter 2500, 3500 and 3500XD and 2019-2023 1500. This one carries Bilstein's DampMatic camper valving.
- Front strut, 2019-2024 4x4/AWD (B6 Camper, 22-314178): four-wheel-drive Sprinter 2500 and 3500XD from 2019-2024, and 3500 from 2019-2022.
- Front strut, 2015-2018 4x4 (22-285959): four-wheel-drive Sprinter 2500 and 3500, 2015-2018.
- Rear shock, 2500 single rear wheel (24-223911): Sprinter 2500 from 2007-2018, plus the Dodge Sprinter 2500 back to 2003.
- Rear shock, 3500 single rear wheel (24-167161): Sprinter 3500 from 2006 through 2024, and 3500XD from 2019-2024.
- Rear shock, 3500 dual rear wheel (24-177702): Sprinter 3500 dually, 2002-2018.
