Which Size for Your Sprinter?
- 144" wheelbase: the 300 (10'1").
- 170" wheelbase: the 350 (11'6") leaves room around the rear doors and side windows; the 400 (13'1") gives the most shade.
- 170" extended: the 400 (13'1").
Mounting
On a high-roof Sprinter, the Fiamma 98655-591 Sprinter H3 bracket kit bolts the F45S to the roof edge; add it from the Mounting Bracket list. If you run a roof rack, most racks have their own F45S mounts, so check with your rack maker first.

- Case: slim aluminum case that sits close to the van body; legs fold out of the front bar.
- Extension: 8'2" out from the van on the 300, 350 and 400 (6'6" on the 260).

Manual or Motorized
Every awning comes with a manual crank. To have Fiamma install a motor at the factory, pick one from the Motor list on this page: the Standard Motor runs off a 12V wall switch, and the Advanced Motor adds Bluetooth control from the Fiamma app. A factory motor costs less than retrofitting one later.
Shipping

Will the F45S fit a low-roof or 2002-2006 Sprinter?
This listing and its bracket are for 2007-and-newer high-roof Sprinters. For a low roof or a T1N, contact us with your year and VIN and we'll find a mount that works.
F45S or F80S?
The F45S mounts to the side of the van and is the lighter, simpler choice. The F80S sits on the roof edge, so it clears sliding-door tracks and windows more easily. See the Fiamma F80S for Sprinter.
Can I add lights to the F45S?
Yes. Fiamma makes a telescoping LED rafter that clicks in between the case and the lead bar, and an LED bar that presses into the bottom of the case. Both are on our Fiamma LED awning lights page.
