Mercedes Sprinter NCV3 Rear Door Ladder | 2007-2018, Low or High Roof, Polished or Black

Every roof rack, fan, solar array or cargo box you put on a Sprinter is something you will eventually have to reach. This Surco ladder mounts to one of the rear doors on a 2007-2018 Sprinter and stays there, so getting on the roof stops involving a bumper, a tire and a prayer. The frame is welded into one solid piece from 1" round stainless tube and arrives already assembled, which means there are no bolted rung joints to shake loose on rough roads.

Pick Your Sprinter Ladder: Roof Height, Finish and Door

• Roof height: the low roof ladder has four steps and the high roof ladder has five. The two lengths are not interchangeable, so order the one that matches your van.
• Finish: electro-polished stainless with a bright shine, or black.
• Door: built in mirror-image versions for the driver-side or passenger-side rear door.

Black ladders are powder coated. If the size and side you need isn't on our shelf, it's coated to order and takes an extra 3-4 weeks. Call us at 503-427-2270 and we'll check stock for you.

How the Surco Stainless Ladder Is Built

• Rails and steps are welded together from 1" round stainless steel, with no bolt-together sections.
• The steps are shot peened, leaving a permanent textured surface that grips in wet weather.
• Rated by Surco for a 300 lb static load.
• Hooks with door tabs hang the top of the ladder over the rear door; mounting plates secure the bottom. Installing the plates requires drilling, so check what's behind the door panel first.
• Stainless won't flake or peel the way chrome plating can.
• Made in the USA.

2007-2018 Sprinter Fitment

This ladder fits the 2007-2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the NCV3 generation, in 1500, 2500 and 3500 models. It works on 144", 170" and 170" extended vans with single or dual rear wheels and RWD, AWD or 4x4. The same van badged as a 2007-2009 Dodge Sprinter or a 2007-2018 Freightliner Sprinter takes it too. Choose Low Roof for a standard roof van or High Roof for a high roof van. The 2019 and newer Sprinter uses a different rear door, so it needs a different ladder.
