Mercedes Sprinter VS30 Rear Door Ladder | 2019+, Low or High Roof, Polished or Black

The 2019 and newer Sprinter changed the rear doors, so a ladder made for the older van won't line up. This Surco ladder is built for the VS30's rear door and gives you a permanent step-by-step route to the roof for reaching a rack, a roof fan or solar panels. It comes to you welded and fully assembled, and the steps are textured so your boots stay put when they're wet.

Configure Your VS30 Ladder

• Low Roof: four steps, sized for the standard roof.
• High Roof: five steps to reach the taller roofline.
• Polished Stainless or Black: a bright electro-polished finish, or black powder coat.
• Driver Side or Passenger Side: each door gets its own mirror-image ladder.

Surco VS30 Ladder Construction and Mounting

• Welded stainless steel frame, so there are no rung bolts to loosen over time.
• Surco rates it for 300 lb of static load.
• The top hooks over the rear door using tabs; heavy-gauge plates hold the bottom.
• Those bottom plates need holes drilled in the door, so look behind the door panel for wiring or insulation before you start.
• An electro-polished finish rather than chrome plating, which can peel.
• Built in the USA by Surco.

Which 2019+ Sprinters It Fits

Made for the 2019 and newer Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30) in 1500, 2500 and 3500 form: 144", 170" or 170" extended, single or dual rear wheels, RWD, AWD or 4x4. A 2019-2021 Freightliner Sprinter is the same van and takes the same ladder. Select the roof height of your van, since the low and high roof ladders are different lengths.
