Built for Versatility & Long-Term Use
Constructed from coated extruded aluminum, this roof rack balances rigidity and low weight for reliable performance across daily driving, long-term van conversions, and overland travel. Molded structural components reinforce the rack without adding unnecessary mass, while the modular layout lets you reposition crossbars to adapt to new equipment over time.
Laser-cut side panels reduce overall weight and improve airflow beneath mounted components, helping keep solar panels cooler and minimizing wind resistance. The included aerodynamic front fairing further smooths airflow at highway speeds.
Installation & Compatibility
The rack mounts directly to factory or aftermarket roof rails using the supplied hardware. Installation can be completed with standard hand tools and does not require drilling or permanent modification to the rack itself.
Note: Roof rails are required for installation and are not included. Compatible rail systems, including Tec Vanlife roof rails, are available separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Sprinter models does this rack fit?
Fits all 2007+ Sprinter High Roof vans in 144” and 170” wheelbases.
Does installation require drilling?
No drilling is required for the rack itself. Roof rails must already be installed.
Can one person install it?
Yes. Installation can be completed by one person using basic hex keys and a 13mm wrench. Typical install time is about 2 hours.
Is it compatible with solar panels, roof decks, and awnings?
Yes. These accessories can be mounted using appropriate brackets or hardware, sold separately.
Will it interfere with vents, A/C units, or antennas?
No. Crossbars are adjustable to clear roof components and wiring channels.
What about wind noise and fuel economy?
Minimal impact in most setups. The aerodynamic fairing helps reduce noise and drag at highway speeds.
Important Use Notes
Always stay within the maximum roof load specified by the vehicle manufacturer. After installation, inspect and retighten all hardware after the first 100 miles, then every 600 miles or monthly—whichever comes first.
