The Transit Scout Rack 148 by Vanspeed is the ultimate roof rack system for your 2015+ Ford Transit 148 High Roof. Engineered for strength, modularity, and style, this rack expands your roof storage capacity while keeping a streamlined, aerodynamic profile. Whether you’re mounting solar panels, decking, or off-road lighting, the Scout Rack adapts to your exact adventure setup.

This complete kit includes a multi-piece aluminum outer frame, precision-machined crossbars, Fiamma awning adapter plates, and all necessary installation hardware. (Accessory items like lights, decking, or solar panels are sold separately.)

Outer Frame

  • Built from lightweight 5052 aluminum with a textured black powder coat finish.

  • (16) L-track mounting locations for tie-downs.

  • (41) slots for aftermarket lighting (sold separately).

  • (2) rear-facing slots for Baja Designs RTL chase lights.

 

Inner Crossbars

  • CNC-machined aluminum extrusions with black anodization.

  • Pre-spaced mounting locations, but easily reconfigurable around roof features (fan, AC, etc.).

  • Compatible with ¼”-20 T-slot hardware for nearly unlimited accessory mounting (decking, solar, cargo, etc.—sold separately).

 

General Rack Design

  • Front rack area accommodates up to a 52” light bar.

  • Includes (3) adapter plates for Fiamma F45S awning.

  • CNC cut, bent, and welded for precise fitment.

  • Proudly manufactured in Huntington Beach, CA.

  • 5/32” hex drive bit/socket

  • 7/16” wrench

  • Ladder

  • Pry tool

  • Scissors

  • Blue threadlocker

  • Standard Allen key set
