Mercedes Sprinter 144" Full Flares | Full Depth, Slider or Awning Window, Solid Passenger

Where the classic Flarespace flare tapers toward its ends, the Full Flare keeps its depth across the whole panel. Flarespace got there by relocating the window opening, and the result is more width for a crosswise mattress in the back of a Sprinter 144". Flarespace quotes upward of 80 inches of side-to-side sleeping room with a pair installed.

What Sets the Sprinter 144" Full Flare Apart

• Deeper pockets: about 5.25" at the deepest point on the driver side and 3.25" on the passenger side.
• Panel size: roughly 26.7" tall by 64" long per flare.
• No flange: the edge sits against the body for a factory-style line instead of a lip.
• Bare gelcoat: shipped unpainted so your body shop can sand, prime and color-match it.
• One mold per side: every flare comes off the same tooling, so the matching trim ring lines up the same way each time.

Choosing Windows and Sides

• Driver side: the extended-depth Full Flare is only made with a 10x33 opening, so we sell it with a Flarespace 1033 window in it: the screened half slider, or the awning window that tilts out from the bottom.
• Passenger side: take the regular-depth Full Flare with a 1033 half slider, or the solid version with no opening for a closed wall.
• Mix as you like: order a driver flare by itself, a passenger flare by itself, or both.
• Trim rings: the Full Flare uses its own molded fiberglass rings, one per flare you choose, to close the gap between the van wall and the flare and finish the sill.

Installation

This is body-shop work. The installer paints the flare, cuts the van's quarter panel, seals the bare metal against rust, then fixes the flare to the van using the Flarespace-supplied adhesive and template. The one-year limited warranty from Flarespace covers professional installs only. Every flare is made to order, so line up your installer before ordering.
