Mercedes Sprinter T1N Rear Door Ladder | 2002-2006, Low or High Roof, Polished or Black

Parts made for the first-generation Sprinter get harder to find every year, so a ladder still built for the 2002-2006 rear door is worth knowing about. Surco makes this one for the T1N body, which means it hangs on your door as designed instead of being adapted from a later model. It gives you a fixed climb up to a roof rack, vent fan or cargo box, and it ships welded and ready to mount.

Choose Your T1N Ladder Setup

• Low Roof (4 Steps): for the standard-height T1N.
• High Roof (5 Steps): the longer ladder for the tall roof. The two sizes can't be swapped, so match your roof.
• Polished Stainless: electro-polished to a bright, mirror-like surface.
• Black: powder coated over the same stainless frame.
• Driver Side: mounts on the driver-side rear door. Passenger-side ladders for this generation aren't available right now.

Construction Details on the Surco T1N Ladder

• One-piece frame of 1" round stainless tube, welded at every joint, so nothing rattles loose.
• Shot-peened steps with a permanent textured surface for grip in rain and mud.
• Surco rates it at 300 lb of static load.
• Tabbed hooks hang the top over the rear door, and the lower feet end in flat mounting plates that fasten to the door.
• Electro-polished stainless, not chrome plating, so there's no coating to flake off.
• Made in the USA.

2002-2006 Sprinter Fitment

Built for the 2002-2006 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the T1N generation, in rear-wheel drive on the 140" or 158" wheelbase, with either single or dual rear wheels.
