Transit rear doors are skinned in thin sheet metal that can crack around any hole you drill. The Aluminess rear door ladder avoids the problem by fastening only to hardware Ford already built into the door, the same points designed to take the door's constant opening and closing.
Transit Ladder Sizes: Low Roof or Mid/High Roof
- Low Roof: sized for the standard-height Transit.
- Mid/High Roof: one longer ladder covers both the medium and the high roof van.
This listing is the ladder alone. If you also want to carry a spare tire or a storage box on the door, the Aluminess Transit ladder and tire/box carrier combo includes the mount and fold-down steps.
