Mercedes Sprinter 170" Full Flares | Full Depth, Slider or Awning Windows, Solid Passenger

A Sprinter 170" has the length for a full build, and the Flarespace Full Flare adds the width for a bed that runs across the van. Rather than tapering at the ends like the classic design, this flare holds its depth from end to end because Flarespace moved the window opening to make room for it.

Check Your 170" Before Ordering

Vans with a factory midship window cannot take the Full Flare. Flarespace states it will not fit a Sprinter 170" that has the midship side window, so confirm your body before you buy.

Full Flare Details for the Sprinter 170"

• Size: about 26.7" high and 64" long for each flare.
• Depth: 2.875" on the passenger flare and 4.375" on the driver flare.
• Flush edge: a flangeless outline that meets the body like an OEM panel.
• Paint-ready finish: raw gelcoat, to be sanded, primed and painted to match by your shop.
• Driver side: extended depth with a 10x33 opening, which we fill with a Flarespace 1033 screened half slider or a 1033 awning window.
• Passenger side: regular depth with the half slider or the awning window, or a solid flare with no cutout.
• Any combination: one side or both, each picked separately.
• Trim rings: molded fiberglass rings made for the Full Flare, added per flare to finish the inside opening.

Installing the 170" Full Flare

Plan on a professional body shop. They paint the flare, cut out the side panel, rust-proof the opening and glue the flare in place using the bonding kit and cutting guide from Flarespace. Flarespace warrants professionally installed flares for one year, and since each one is made to order, schedule your shop first.
