The Tenzing Trailhead is a one-piece front brush guard for the Mercedes Sprinter, made in America from 3/16" plate steel with a matte black powder coat. It is the first-generation Tenzing design and has years of trail miles behind it. There are no modules to configure: it bolts on as a single unit without cutting the chassis, and the mounting hardware is in the box.

- AWD / 4x4 Sprinter: the guard alone, which mounts directly on all-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive vans.
- RWD Sprinter: the guard plus Tenzing's RWD adapter brackets, which bridge the different frame geometry of a rear-wheel-drive van and come with their own hardware.

Which Sprinter Does the Tenzing Guard Fit?
Fits 2008 to 2024 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 vans with the standard, non-extended air valance. On a 2008 to 2018 van it is ruled out if the van has front parking sensors, active cruise control or active brake assist. 3500 vans may need factory Mercedes mounting hardware (part 906-620-36-00), so contact us to confirm before ordering for a 3500. Owners of a 2019 or newer van can also look at the modular nVader brush guard.
